Strategy is at the heart of everything I do, with the goal driving organic conversations and love for brands.

The starting point for all my work is understanding who are your customers, what and how do they share, and what are the touch points with your brand. This underpins a true customer obsession, that drives results (and results).

At the core, it also means building relationships internally and externally. Being able to ensure that data is at the core of every process, helps to ensure that company stakeholders understand choices, whereas understanding what authentic and engaging looks like to customers drives authentic customer actions.
